We Protect Your Privacy
Shoephoria ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile app uses your information—specifically, your device’s camera—and how we protect your data.
Shoephoria requests access to your device’s camera to allow you to take two photos per entry:
One photo of your shoes
One photo of the corresponding shoebox
These images are used solely to help you visually organize your shoe collection and link each pair to a box for easy identification.
Shoephoria also generates a QR code label for each entry. Scanning this QR code retrieves your stored information to display the shoes in each box. We do not use your camera for any purpose other than the intended use. Images are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly back them up via your own services (e.g., cloud storage).
Shoephoria does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data or photos. All data, including your shoe photos and inventory details, is stored locally on your device and remains under your control.
We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII).
We do not upload your content to external servers.
We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
Shoephoria may utilize third-party analytics, advertising, or other external services at its discretion, but we do not share or sell your personal information.
Shoephoria is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Shoephoria is available for iPhones, IPads, and Android Devices.
